A NYC artist Kim Keever has chosen a very unusual technique for his artistic practices. Kim’s incredibly hypnotizing artworks are created through manipulation with watercolor and water. Usually, the artist uses a huge fish tank as his canvas. As you know, the thing with contemporary art is that it’s not supposed to be photo-realistic, we’ve got cameras for that (however, if we come across a talent who is capable of creating hyper-realistic images we can’t help but stare at those paintings in awe). Contemporary art can be abstract, it should evoke emotions. Kim’s works certainly do! Take a closer look at those unorthodox paintings that deserve the highest praise:
