Just like life… uh… finds a way, Jeff Goldblum finds his way back into the Jurassic World sequel. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed that Jeff Goldmbul joins the cast of Jurassic World 2. Once again, the actor is going to portray the witty mathematician Ian Malcolm. As you know, Goldblum’s character has managed to survive the events of the original blockbuster back in 1993 and re-appeared in the sequel, Jurassic Park: The Lost World. Unfortunately, Ian Malcolm skipped the third installment of Jurassic Park franchise and he was absent from the soft reboot of Jurassic World, however, the actor will grace the sequel with his presence.
Without a doubt, Jeff’s performance is going to be nothing short of spectacular and we are expecting countless puns and pseudo-philosophical gibberish. The talented actor will be saving the world alongside Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard in the sequel, which is due in theaters on June 22, 2018. Also, let’s hope that Sam Neill will find his way into the movie, because his character, Alan Grant, is another fan favorite. It would’ve been amazing to see such reunion on-screen. Until then, enjoy:
